The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers, placing orders via phone, Chat, eMail and Social Media. Follow up with online orders, returns, exchanges and answer customer concerns on different channels.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Use available tools to convert leads into sales
Follow up with customer satisfaction
Manage ticketing system in ZenDesk for all integrations (Whatsapp, Phone, Chat, eCommerce LiveChat, eMails, Social Media)
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years’ of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
