الوصف الوظيفي • Calculate direct material cost based on 3D renderings and drawings produced by the design department. • Source suppliers and manage supplier portfolio, including raw materials, finishes, furniture and other stand elements • Preparing tenders and communication with suppliers • Provide detailed estimate for different projects ranging from custom made products to tender projects • Attend client technical meetings to understand their actual requirement in order to provide an accurate estimate • Coordinate with the suppliers to get the competitive price for the material • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends المهارات • Degree or BSc. needed, and proficient in English language. • Experience in material management, managing and sourcing materials. • Good Knowledge of the Fit Out market, including material, prices, suppliers and subcontractors. • Ability to source different materials to compromise the design with the clients’ budget. • Multi-tasking and ability to work with more than one project.
