* Purpose of the Role: To understand the customer requirements; trouble shoot technical problems; integration of AutoID / AIDC (Automatic Identification And Data Capture) devices like Barcode Printers, Scanners & Portable Data Terminals with customer systems and resolve customer queries; technical documentation and deliver the products/ solutions within the specified time which eventually increase the productivity and revenue
* Hands on experience in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device), and Barcode printers (Expertise in Zeebra, CAB, Honeywell & Others)
* Hand on experience in PDT (Portable Data Terminal) and Barcode scanner
* Support the sales team’s qualification process, specifically solution discovery and architecting a complete solution.
* Job based on the field as well in company
* Knowledge of multiple desktop programs, configuration and debugging techniques. Domain and active directory
* Sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making
* Wireless device support
* Preparing and testing demo kits and material lending operations
