Our company is growing and we are now looking for Experience agents to join our team.
Job Description
• Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments and close for agreements, and conduct highlevel
• Fiduciary needs analyses
• Select and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs and identifying the best options meet those needs
• Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
• Maintain and update listings of your available properties
Requirement
• With valid Real Estate License
• UAE RERA Broker Card.
• Car & UAE Drivers License a must.
• Multi-lingual is an advantage (Chinese, Russian and Arabic speaker)
• Must be proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and hard working.
• Extensive background in and a strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate
• Acquisitions or brokerage
• Proven working experience as real estate agent or real estate salesperson.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong networking skill
