Key Responsibilities:
• Prepares cost estimates from design conception to basic design as requested for project purposes
• Examines and reviews unusual cost records and ensures costs data is allocated correctly within the construction environment
• Updates organizational cost standards on a regular basis for new projects
• Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules
• Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
• Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of
product.
• Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out
Value engineering studies.
