They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates. Job Role: Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and removing old paint Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty, plaster, or other filler Paint surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers, and apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to create special effects Select premixed paints or mix required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint to match specified colors Detect needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment by following established inspection procedures Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, etc. Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately المهارات Male, 22 to 35 years old Completed High School level At least 2 years of experience in the same role Knowledgeable in carpentry and building maintenance, safe operation of basic hand and power tools, and workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner Good command in English Flexible to relocate anywhere in the UAE تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/painter-4245045/ |
