الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3,000AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is a leading facilities management company established in 1984. They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates. Job Role: Diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment, for example, steam raising and distribution systems, hot and cold water systems, LPHW boilers, air conditioning and ventilation systems, catering equipment, electrical systems Carry out planned maintenance, routine and use appropriate personal protective equipment Interpret and work from drawings and specifications relating to new installations and use drawings and manuals to diagnose faults and maintain plant and equipment Install, maintain, and repair a range of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other equipment following appropriate training Carry out minor electrical repairs and safety checks and Carry out minor repairs to the building fabric and furniture Routing checking & doing the preventive maintenance of Electrical Systems like MDB, SMDB, DB’s etc. & AC Systems like split, package units etc. & plumbing systems Requirements: Male, 40 years old and below Diploma or High School graduate Minimum 1-7 years of experience in the same position, preferably from a facilities management company Excellent communication skills Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred المهارات Excellent communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/multiskilled-technician-4245065/ |
