We are looking for Recruitment Consultant (JobRef: 20131) to be based in Dubai, UAE
The job details: ·
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Outlining the job descriptions for the vacancies.
• Identify and recruit prospective candidates.
• Headhunt qualified talents.
• Approaching newer clients to expand the HR Consultancy business.
• Coordinating with the clients for their manpower requirements.
• Conduct thorough market research, company profiling, mapping, and identifying candidates.
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
The main requirements:
• Minimum of 2 + years of 360-degree recruitment experience within UAE.
• Must have UAE driving license and a car.
• A strong account management and client servicing experience.
• A strong understanding of a successful sales cycle with a passion for hitting targets and earning commissions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interview and listening skills.
