We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join us immediately. This will be a permanent role working with our respective clients for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Branch. North American Services Center is the longest Immigration Company in the UAE with a Canadian ICCRC Lawyer with branches all over UAE.
The Customer Service Executive Will Be Responsible For:
• Executing Welcome Call and Email to our new clients.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding their application process.
• Coordinating with processing team and other departments regarding client’s concerns.
• Sending report to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Advising client’s for other possible programs depending on their profile and application status.
• Answering Emails of clients and forwarding it to right department.
• Emphasize and resolve client’s complaints and address it accordingly.
• The Customer Service Executive qualifications should be as follows:
• Immigration Experience (Advantage but not required)
• Call Center Experience either in UAE or home country is fine
• At least more than 2 years Customer Service Experience
