Assigns responsibilities within his organisation as he sees fit to ensure the best possible delivery of his responsibilities. The way he assigns them does not relieve him from his responsibility towards the Legal and Contract Department Manager.
Adjusts or changes his organization to respond to the changing environment, technology, market conditions, financial challenges, competition etc.
Assists the Legal & Contracts Department Manager to develop, implement and maintain the Legal & Contracts strategies.
Determines, in consultation with the Legal & Contracts Department Manager, the types of business contracts, agreements and other supporting documentation usually employed or required to be employed by the various group entities at any level.
Reviews, negotiates and amends contract forms and agreements provided by third parties (clients, subcontractors, suppliers) with the object of identifying risks and recommending due provision and/or written qualifications prior to agreement and, at discretion, identifies issues of general importance or application to the Legal & Contracts Department Manager
Actively supports building and maintaining positive customer relationships

Plans, organizes and controls implementation of work towards the achievement of goals and objectives
