JOB PURPOSE:

The position is responsible to act in the role of messenger by handling the timely, safe delivery and collection of staffs, products and documents as per the direction of the immediate superior.

Key Accountabilities:

Functional Responsibilities

Deliver a wide variety of staffs and items to different locations and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
Complete logs and reports
Ensure regular maintenance of vehicle; water, oil change, cleanliness, and inform any vehicle problems to the garage.
Maintain discipline, ensure good relationship with all customers, colleagues and always
Ensures that the Company vehicle is clean (inside and outside) and maintained.
Refers any vehicle problem to the Garage in a timely manner.
Reports immediately as and when there is an accident / break down / Mechanical problem / Tyre burst etc.
Obeys to the traffic rules and regulations stipulated UAE traffic directorate.
Maintain the Company confidential and sensitive information.
Maintaining the professional reputation of the company at all times.
Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, equipment, materials, tools, and practices of the work involved.
المهارات
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

High School level.
1 – 2 years in the sales field experience and having valid UAE Driving License No. 6 (Heavy Bus)
Fair communication skill in English.
Familiar with of UAE Road
