We are hiring for Customer Support Specialist.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Inform & update customers regarding Design Team and its terms, schedules of visits / deliveries /or when proposals will be received
• Will work closely with Senior & Junior Customer Management Team
• Identify customer needs and help give them solutions
• Analyze and report any dilemmas or updates
• Follow up with customers to ensure everything is resolved
• Speaks Arabic & English fluently
• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus
• Understanding of how CRM systems work
