Job Description
• Forecast and administer the budget and annual operating cost for the used-vehicle sales department.
Ensure proper maintenance of Clients’ database and improve the database on regular basis.
• Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a sales plan.
• Maintain good Customer/Client relationship.
• Keep update of market trend and report the same to the management whenever necessary.
• Keep update of the pricing trend in the Used Car Market.
• Proper follow up of the vehicle movement in the ARMADA system.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and understand customers’ inputs, lost sales and sales history.
• Follow up on the sales location in the respective Emirate – Abu Dhabi / Dubai.
• Communicate with the Fleet Department on regular basis to understand the movement of Used Cars to the Used Car Sales Department.
• Check and receive the Cars from the Fleet Department.
• Prepare tenders on weekly basis and send it to the Management for the approvals.
• Sell the used vehicles to the Clients and deposit the amount in the Banks.
• Proper coordination with the Accounts Department for all finance related issues.
• Approves all paperwork and Disposal Forms for the approved vehicles.
• Supervise and develop the staffs to make sure that their performance and discipline are on par with the Management Objectives and Goals.
