Warehouse Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

المهارات
Warehouse Manager require completion of a college or university program in business administration, transportation administration, or engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and supply chain experience.
Having Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Building material Industries in UAE.

Should have a valid UAE Driving License

Should have good Communication Skills in English & Hindi

Should have good Interpersonal skills

Must have Leadership Skills, Team player and proactive

Should be hands on self-Starter.
