We need to hire QA QC Engineer Mechanical, details is mentioned down.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Role responsibilities:
• Develop QA/QC and inspection and test plans as required and carry out stage wise monitoring and inspection control.
• Provide technical support to the QHSE Manager and guidance to Workshop staff in submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawings.
• Daily inspection and periodical offsite inspection. Controlling all inspection activities in the workshop.
• Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are raised once the activities deviated from the customer Specifications or normal industry practices.
• Knowledge of preparation of Method of statements, ITPs as per Project Requirements.
• Preparation and reviewing of WPS, PQR as per AWS standard.
Requirements & Experience:
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or its equivalent with a minimum 4 years’ experience with similar experience
• Experience in Sheet metal, Fabrication, welding, Coating, Painting and common NDT methods (Preferred CSWIP 3.1 and Bgas3.1 certified)
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
