Purpose of the job:
Preparing and providing the Revenue Sheets. Interacts with customers services and consumers and with external billing agencies to prepare a series of billing related reports to facilitate reconciliation and reporting

Key Activity and Tasks:
Undertakes the preparation of reports on billing and of both consumer clients through the contract and for individual bulk clients.
Identifies anticipated amounts through the contract information on billing totals and expectation.
Produces reports for analysis of customer issues.
Records income from the sale of cooling system.
Provides a monthly income report of sales by areas and locations.
Ensures, identified and recorded income from sales of cooling system is adequately tracked.
The final bills of customers to close & cancel their contracts adequately.
Works on adhoc reporting as requested.
Follows all safety, fire health and environmental policies of the Company at all times.
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks that involve month end closing, reporting and reconciling balance sheets.
Assist with the cash flow forecast, bank journals and reconciliation.
Assist with year-end of audit of the business,
Prepare VAT filing and analysis on a monthly and quarterly period.
Assist with corporate reporting.
Support with adhoc reports, projects and process improvements.
