Human Resource Generalist - Chinese Speaking
Salary Range: USD. 2000 to USD. 4000 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Dubai, UAE
The Goal:
Goal is to align HR policies with strategical development goals
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment channels and process.
Monitoring recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CV’s attending interviews and selecting candidates.
Approve offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.
Manage the collation of reference checking and psychometric tests as relevant to each role.
Performance Management:
Provision of support and advice to business managers on Quarterly KPI design and results application.
Track the performance management process; provide guidance and training for business managers.
Final performance results review.
Compensation & Benefit:
Review the payment of monthly and annual salary, bonus, welfare etc., make sure timely and accurate distribution to employees.
Design and implement annual salary review, bonus distribution and welfare plan.
Salary framework: analysis and collect salary information of the same industry from the external market to ensure the competitiveness of the company.
Benefit Management: Pension, Private Medical enroll and monthly invoice final check.
Employee Relations:
Communicate with peers and managers in a respectful and professional manner; exhibit mature behavior in dealing with ambiguous situations.
Provision of support and advice to business managers on individual employee relation issues.
Low Performance management.
Support and advice on Discipline, Performance Improvement and Grievance Management (including attendance at final stage hearings as required).
Expatriate Management:
Expatriate Compliance: e.g. Sponsorship License management, including outsourcing, visa, tax and payroll.
Expatriate Benefit Management
Others:
Manage HR database, ensure key HR information maintained appropriately, e.g. immigration documents, recruitment records etc.
Guide with the delivery of HR process throughout the employee lifecycle such as on boarding, induction, probation meetings and exit interviews

Job Requirements:
Fluent in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and willing to word under high-pressure
Significant experience in all aspects of HR process and procedures.
Up to date knowledge of MENA Region Labor Law.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive with high-level negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fully competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
Can-do attitude, willing to help others and have empathy.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable work ethic.
Confident in communicating with staff members at all levels.
