Looking for Experienced Tekla Modeler to join immediately in Dubai.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Modeler shall create 3D models, extract 2D drawings/quantities and will be able to work independently while complying with project objectives and quality standards
• The Tekla Modeler will be working on Residential and Commercial Cast-in-Situ and Precast Structure projects.
• Study Structural and Architectural drawings and prepare RFIs.
• Capability to handle multiple projects & Guide a team of junior modelers.
• Prepare TEKLA model based on inputs provided by structural engineer.
• Highlight any discrepancy in input drawings/input sketches effectively.
• To assist team-lead in generating IFC files, Drawings, BBS Reports etc.
• To ensure all modeling activities are performed per company procedure & process.
