Merger and Acquisition Analyst Required in Dubai
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• Immediately available to join the job.
• The support leadership team and other key stakeholders in formulating and establishing an investment strategy
• Establish investment criteria and governance with specific financial & strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Product & Business Development teams in studying competitors and identifying market opportunities
• Engage with the senior leadership team in formulating strategies and business plans for green-field investment initiatives
• Utilize relationships and networks to screen pipeline of investment opportunities
• Screen new opportunities red-flagging deal opportunities and risks
• Ongoing management of the deal flow prioritizing opportunities based on pre-determined criteria providing periodic updates
• Lead and participate in key negotiation and deal structuring discussions with the counter-parties
