R&D;Administrator

Looking for R&D;Administrator - IFFCO, Bakery Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct R&D;and application trials as per NPD protocols
• Conducting pilot plant and production trials as per production / NPD protocol
• Physical / Chemical analyses of food ingredients and bakery applications
• Accurate documentation and maintenance of a comprehensive record of all tests undertaken as part of the R&D;formula management process ensuring maintenance of R&D;intellectual property as per I-Secure procedures in place
• Manage inventories (RMs, FGs and general R&D;items) in R&D;excellence center and ensure GMP in workplace
• Must have FMCG manufacturing experience in R&D;environment
• Strong in Food Applications and Analytics.
