Call Center Associate - Arabic speaker
Location: Dubai, UAE
Years of Experience: Minimum 2-3 years’ in Government Services (TASHEEL/TAWSEEL/MINISTRY OF JUSTICE)
Language Skills: Arabic, English.
Position Summary
• The role’s primary responsibility is to answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with the services, Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explain possible solutions.
• Education and/or Experience
• Degree/ High school Diploma in any related discipline. Two to three years’ relevant experience: customer service or support in government services.
• Language Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in ARABIC & ENGLISH is mandatory. Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
