الوصف الوظيفي Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Must have experience in leads generations via using different plat forms i.e., LinkedIn. 2. Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain. 3. Arranging and attending business development meetings with prospective clients and new leads. 4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. 5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. 6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support 8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 9. Must have strong communication skills in order to communicate, present, assert, and speak to all the different clients involved. 10. Must have strong experience in inside sales / B2B Sales. 11. Possess excellent IT skills and a genuine passion for business process improvement. 12. Should be comfortable in communication with overseas clients through Emails, Skype, Chat, Phone etc. 13. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 13. Meet Revenue Targets; monthly, quarterly and yearly. Identify, Research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs. المهارات 1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in business development in any reputed UAE IT industry. 2. Experience in business development with a proven track record of driving revenue. 3. Contact potential customers and describe our IT services, products. 4. The candidate should be fluent with English (written or verbal) and well versed with communicating through Skype, Zoom, Slack and Web meetings. 5. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives. 6. Exceptional Negotiation skill & Convincing Power. 7.
