Functional Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
Become the perfect “GUIDE” by providing superior customer service
Actively engage customers by distributing blotters outside the kiosks and areas assigned by the Line Manager
Advise customers on products and help them make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions, information and opinions.
Maximise sales in the outlet through high levels of customer service, presentation, and appropriate stock levels.
Achieve add-on sales through customer directory, establish contact on new ranges/items back in stock
Monitor best sellers for prime positioning
Prepare sales report on daily basis
Assist in the Shop / Outlet inventory control and ordering and receiving products.
Audit and Loss Prevention
Be vigilant at all times and report suspicious incidents
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
Actively participate in stock counts and inventories
