Business Development & Sales Account Manager – GCC Region

The client company specializes in quality indoor and outdoor hospitality furniture. Their product ranges include metal & aluminum furniture, wood & synthetic rattan furniture, polypropylene furniture, and commercial lighting.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Sales Account Manager to join our team. For this role, you will assume responsibility for a number of client accounts, oversee the work of Sales Account Executives, and be a key person in budgeting and administration.

As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.

Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of accounts
Manage the work of Sales Account Executives
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
Lead project management activities and ‘build a territory’
Achieve sales targets, contribute to sales planning and creating the sales pipeline

المهارات
Candidate Requirements:

Male candidates only
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
Experience in Architectural, Interior Design, and/or Manufacturing industries
At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager/Sales Account Manager in the UAE/GCC region
Preference towards candidates already based in Dubai, U.A.E.
