General responsibility:

Proper planning & close monitoring to execute above directions of management

Mentoring/Training &Monitoring;performance of other members of teams

Ensure that proper records of jobs undertaken is maintained.

• Strategic planning to improve the sales turnover.

• Providing precise advice & data to concern in Sales team and advice right action at correct time.

• Will play key rule for respective products distribution to various locations as per requirements.

To give correct inputs to sourcing team to make proper budget / OTB considering all aspects including costs factors.

• To analyse the needs of market as per fashion forecast

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in any business field

Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices

Excellent verbal and written communications skills  Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills  Passionate towards Fashion
