Specification Manager – Kitchen Appliances and Sanitaryware

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 17,000

Main Tasks:

Tracking specified projects from concept through to a completed design
Prepare accurate and appropriate specifications for all Water & Kitchen systems products
Organizes external trainings and learning sessions to boost future specification opportunities and brand awareness with consultants, developers and architects (lunch and learn, periodical training sessions with current customers, product launch events)
Actively supports product selection in tender stage to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales performance
Understand market trends and share relevant information with Local Product Managers for future product developments
Supports the implementation of new activities to improve product effectiveness for establishing a stronger presence in the Middle East market
Formulate and attend networking events with Architects and Designers to promote the Brand (e.g. CID Awards, Surge, Index)
Come up with social responsibility project, plan it and lead the execution

Responsibilities:

Provide customers with specification solutions throughout the GCC region
Encourage the product management team for product improvement or innovative ideas
Supports the key customers and sales team to specify and apply the right product with the best solution (also directly in field).
Shares consciously working time between internal and external tasks
Evaluates new brand awareness and marketing changes such as CID and Love that Design to generate a pull strategy for designers

المهارات
Profile:

Strong background in specification or design
Demonstrated successful experience in product knowledge and customer care
Experience in managing a large and technical product portfolio from multiple points of view (e.g., product groups and technology)
Develop brand image in Middle East Markets, keeps a clearly professional and respectful attitude with all customers and external partners according with culture gap.
Strong entrepreneurship/business orientation (possibly from sales or similar departments)
Strong process/project management capabilities
Comfortable with technical issues/requirements and working with Intercompany, sales, etc.
Strong leadership and role model competencies, experience working with multi-cultural people
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

KPIs:

Sales progress related KPIs (e.g., timely achievement of sales and after sales service )
Satisfaction of customers with quality service and product solution provided
Satisfaction of markets with best solution of product portfolio
Meeting sales targets (shared responsibility with markets)
Satisfaction of sales with level and quality of service provided during launch and product life cycle
Educational Requirement:

Technical /mechanical engineering / Bachelor’s Degree.
