الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED full package, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai, currently they have five branches that offers high quality dental care Job Role: Reporting to Managing Director Ensure all clinical and operational guidelines are implemented throughout all the branches in line with company policy Act as a liaison between the clinical staff and patients and handle patient complaints that are escalated to management by Practice Manager/Team Leader Oversee the quality aspects of the clinics being in line with the requirements set by the Dubai Health Authority Ensure all the protocols are informed and executed with the frontline as well as clinical and allied staff Develop ideas to enhance the operational benchmark of the clinics and implement quality ideas as per international quality standards Requirements: 40 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably business management At least 3 years of extensive experience in the same role; preferably a Dentist candidate with management background, or with strong quality experience working with hospitals or clinics Excels at operating in a fast pace, clinical environment, and must be persuasive with details and facts Key Competencies – command, problem solving, information collection and management, planning and organizing, accuracy, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and confidentiality Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access المهارات Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/quality-coordinator-4260305/ |
