Key Responsibilities:
Drives new sales opportunities, expands and enhances existing opportunities to build and manage dedicated pipeline in the assigned territories.
Is informed about competitor solutions and tactical moves to strategically position RQ8’s products with maximum effectiveness.
Develops business plans and manages the pipeline to ensure alignment with product managers.
Establishes a professional consultative, relationship with customers by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs and articulating RQ8’s value in accordance with these drivers.
Contributes to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings.
Works closely with marketing and product teams to ensure strategy alignment and best practice execution
Drives sales programs to achieve quarterly targets
Ensures timely and accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting
Be proactive in understanding customer needs and be able to adapt approach in accordance with changing market trends
Ensures the appropriate level of internal approval and support for pricing strategies, discounts, promotions etc.
Drives profitable and sustainable business through tactical product mix and value creation
Adhere to RQ8’s standards of Business conduct at all times
