• Minimum 2 year of experience in Hotel industry
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Providing counseling on policies ad procedure
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job description, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Assist in the performance management processes
• Responsible for shortlisting candidate as per criteria and profile provided
• Maintain employee record (attendance, EEOdata etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Setting up appointments and arrange meeting with candidates
