Quality and Patient Safety Officer

Healthpoint UAE might have a requirement of Quality and Patient Safety Officer.
What are we looking for?
• One of the main endeavors of Clinical Governance is to ensure an effective process and response to incidents.
• This requires swift management of the incident and based on the category of the event support patients; families, all involved caregivers; communicate with key stakeholders, and initiate a process to analyze and learn from the incident.
• The person must have a clinical background and knowledge of categorizing clinical and non-clinical events/ errors/near misses, etc.
• Has worked in the same or similar role with the present or previous employer.
• Must be a team player to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conscious of time and deadlines paying importance to follow-ups and coordinating with the audit team to check compliance on incident correction
• Is aware of data submission deadlines to the Data Resource team for submission to regulators.
• Understands how to link events to the risk register.
• Willing to work additional hours if required in order to complete deadlines for report submission.
