Your role:
As a Property Sales Consultant your main responsibilities will deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property that include but are not limited to the following:
Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
Negotiating offers with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage.
Photographing & preparing properties ready for advertising.
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
Monitoring sales as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing.
Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
Conducting market appraisals and valuations.

Candidate Requirements:
Required Attributes:
Experience within residential sales field is a Plus.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English, 2nd language desirable but not essential.
Presentable, professional and honest.
Strong networking skills.
Punctual and contribute to the development of the company.
Smart business dress is required at all times.
Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards.
Driving license is preferable.
An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player.
Positive and hardworking attitude.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
