3- 8 Years relevant Field Sales/Direct Sales Exp. In Telecom for the Small Medium Business/Enterprise Segment.
Job Description:
• To meet SME companies, retailors, dealers & other customers daily to sell telecom products
• Generating on the spot leads via cold calling and closing the sales
• Converting qualified leads to sales basis leads generated by the tele-callers data or web search
• Handling sale of company products such as Mobile SIMs, -Fixed Lines, Digital, Cloud Products and Handsets
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Demonstrate to the prospective clients how our product is better than competition, is more suited to their needs and convince them to buy/switch
• Record keeping of the work done and reporting it back to the team by EOD
• For Team Leads – experience of handling a team of more than 3 members.
