POSITION OBJECTIVE
To lead in marketing skills and approaching new clients.
To provide competent technical skills, planning, and compliance whilst delivering profitable Raz Technical Services projects.
To effectively develop and maintain client relationships.
To continuously develop site management skills in line with the company’s procedures.
To continuously develop field employee’s technical skills and general capacity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development
Client Relationship management and client satisfaction.
Continuously in pursuit of new clients/revenue and ongoing marketing.
Continuously obtain feedback from current clients/customers.
Coordinating with General Manager and Executive Director
Conducting monthly meetings with Executive Director, General Adviser and General manager identifying new challenges and resolutions.
Coordinate with Executive Director and General manager in order to obtain technical, logistics and team building/training support where necessary.
Working as a team in pursuit of new initiatives and overcoming of obstacles
Reporting weekly and monthly activities to ED and GM
Technical tasks specific to sites
Ensuring field staff is fully aware of the requirements specific to the tasks they are assigned.
Ongoing planning with continuous pursuit to identifying efficiencies and initiatives to increase profits.
Supervision of the field staff and providing of constructive feedback in order to develop in staff skills.
Continuously achieving customer satisfaction.
Solving conflicts/arguments.

Professionally conduct planning and meeting
Arranging meeting and presenting weekly/monthly activities and marketing strategies to General Manager and Executive Director
Competently complete activity speed and production review
Competent completion of project programing
Competent and timely conduct of procurement

Issue and maintain accurate planning checklist
Complete and maintain safety checks
Conduct KPI measurement
KPI review, identifying efficiencies and initiatives

Lead and develop others through Performance Management procedures
Contribute to team building and team capacity building by attending and organizing team activities
Weekly and monthly planning for marketing and implementation of projects
Close coordination with General Marketing and Executive Director

QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate Degree
Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi Languages
Basic Arabic/ willing to learn basic Arabic immediately after employment
UAE Driver’s License
