Operation Specialist
• Cooperate with China headquarters and Dubai courier or forwarders, deal with import and export customs clearance and transportation of Jebel Ali Free Zone
• Complete export clearance documentation. Use and management of Dubai Trade platform
• Register and manage daily ledger, including import and export goods details and customs clearance registration, etc.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and compliance of the customs inventory data, connect with Dubai Customs Audit Department to complete irregular spot check and audit
• Warehouse material management in the after-sale department, responsible for the operating system, in-store, and out-store deployment
• Responded to customers’ after-sales demands through emails and phone calls; Contact customers to make collection and delivery schedule
Desired Skills and Experience
• Excellent Written and verbal English (Chinese speaking is preferred)
• 2 years customs clearance experience
• Preferred candidates having 1years experience in financial management
• Filipino or Vietnamese Female is preferred
