الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 25K AED plus profit shared (negotiable) depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries Job Role: Looking for a young professional presentable Marketing Manager for retail division under the age of 48 years old with solid experiences in a group type environment similar to the mentioned above This person can establish business plan or revamp current business plan to achieve targets Establish business process for the department to meet industry best practices standards under ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS, IBM, etc. Understand crises management and the P&L;requirements to achieve financial targets Should act as a business partner Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels Requirements: Male, 48 years old and below Master’s Degree in Marketing or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing Minimum 5 years of similar UAE market experience Strong exposure in retail (f&b;, fashion), trading and contracting businesses Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate Must have updated or new marketing ideas and initiatives A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Key skills – Creative thinking ability, time management, analytical skills, and communications skills Important note: Must be able to start immediately المهارات Key skills – Creative thinking ability, time management, analytical skills, and communications skills Important note: Must be able to start immediately تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/marketing-manager-retail-4278090/ |
