الوصف الوظيفي Preparing and providing error-free financial feasibility reports and presentations. Ensuring smooth finance operations, excellence in reporting for management. المهارات Assist on drafting valuations and financial due diligence reports, financial model preparation and model build assignments Working on commercial issues, working with management on parts of the acquisition process or transformation plans and regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities Assist with research, marketing and execution of corporate finance strategy Budgeting and MIS Timely analysis and reporting of financial performance at Plant level, control on each line item of the P&L;, insightful analysis based MIS reporting to the SFM and CFO Assist in financial forecasts for the business and track key variances, changes and opportunities in actual results versus forecast Monitor variances, perform detailed ‘actual v budget’ analyses, and discrepancy follow-ups with business teams; Regular Liaising with other functions for business related requirements, Corporate queries, and management reports Assist SFM in finalization of annual budget and forecast process with strong coordination with all stakeholders Assist in preparation of Board and Audit Committee deliverables; Handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously to ensure the timely handling of data information and reporting Responsible for FP&A;activities and insightful analysis for the business (including Topline, Margins, Overheads, Capex) Co-ordinate monthly book closing activities with Finance Team, ensuring Provisions booking/reversals, right booking of costs, capex capitalization, margin control تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-financial-analyst-4280069/ |
