الوصف الوظيفي Development of detailed planning package including baseline schedule, S-curves Preparation of Progress Measurement System (PMS) for Project Execution. Perform Contractor Schedule Diagnostics with Expertise in Delay Analysis & Extension of Time (EoT). Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Maintain Project Deliverables register and raising flag on delay. Project Scope Management and Preparing Day Work Sheet (Extra Work). Review and forecast Contractor Work front availability and conduct continuity of work analysis. Tracking and maintain scope changes of Mechanical items for Piping; Structural Steel; Piping & Mechanical. Equipment’s and its effect on the overall project schedule. Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram. Preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis. Prepare the cost estimate during Tendering/FEED/Execution for management review and approval and liaise with discipline engineers to raise the AFE for management approval. Formulating the project calendar and project execution road map for the project as per (iPMS) Integrated Project Management Systems. Develop & maintain the contract planning & scheduling and project schedule at different levels (Pre-FEED /FEED/Execution) and update the project schedule and make sure that the Project Master Schedule complies with company process and procedures. المهارات Minimum 8-10 years of experience Immediate joiners required تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/junior-planner-4281787/ |
