Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lease and Sell property·

- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and work with existing ones

- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants

- Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities

- Provide excellent customer service

- Achieve sales targets set by the company

المهارات
Requirements:

-Excellent English communication skills. Any other language is a plus point

- Valid UAE Drivers License (or your own countries license as long as legal to drive in Dubai).

- Previous sales experience

- Negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the UAE.

- Highly motivated and goal orientated.
