Recruitment Consultant Program Manager 2x
Responsibilities:
• (Client Relationship) Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. (Coordination) Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
• (Client Servicing) Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients.
• (Team Management) Responsible for leading a team of Account Managers dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments.
• (Recruitment) Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets assigned to him/her; creating a database of job seeker and employers; understanding the requirements of both; matching job duties with individuals; contacting the applicants; assessing job seeker’s needs and requirements
Experience:
• 3-5 years strong background HR experience particularly recruitment, team/account management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Languages: Urdu, Hindi and Tagalog speakers only
