About the job Customer Experience Manager
1.Hiring now candidates currently in Dubai, UAE with SaaS based industry experience and with preferred customer success manager experience and expertise to capture the voice of the customer for the role of a Voice of Customer Manager for an experiential software company.
2.Applicant should have SaaS (Software as a service background) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer success manager role.
3.Applicant should also have a good analytical skill and business intelligence reporting (statistical , business analytics skills will be an added advantage)
4. and an applicant must possess the individual drive, disciplined governance, and reporting on client experience to the leadership team.
5.The recruitment and legalization requirement will be managed by us on behalf of the client.
6. You are expected to start by end of February 2021 if selected for the role.
