الوصف الوظيفي o Work with the executive management to formulate the business’s short, medium and long-term financial plans o Work with Business heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts to drive growth o Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance e.g. sales analysis, inventory analysis, profitability analysis etc. o Enable the automatic provision of meaningful insights and analysis through development of information in Business Intelligence tools o Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives o Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the business performance and results o Prepare cash flow analysis on periodic and frequent basis to manage funds for business operations o Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by the management Investment Appraisal: o Prepare feasibility studies and cost -benefit analysis to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions o Evaluate investment and mergers and acquisition (M&A;) opportunities o Perform detailed financial analysis on Target companies o Apply different valuation techniques, perform benchmarking and suggest indicative value of Target companies o Support the senior management in taking right decisions on investment opportunities Financial Reporting & Audit: o Possess detailed knowledge of IFRS and accounting business processes o Review financial information and validate it from accuracy and compliance perspective o Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS o Prepare group consolidation for financial and management reporting o Liaise with auditors to provide information for timely completion of audit o Hands-on experience in design and use of ERP for finance, procurement, sales and operations areas o Ability to automate the financial reporting packs by using different tools incl. system reports, BI Reports etc. Reviewing finance & accounting processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts المهارات · Problem solving skills · Teamwork · Good Communication · Accountability & Ownership · Interpersonal skills · Ethics & Integrity MS Office (specially MS Excel & Power point) & ERP Systems تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/assistant-manager-finance-4285038/ |
