A great opportunity to work for one of the larger suppliers of Automation and Logistics, with operations in the Middle East, Asia and Europe.

As a Sales Manager, you will be working on managing the company sales and customer relationship and finding new markets.  The successful candidate will be reporting to the Sales Director.

The main responsibilities will include:

Negotiating sales deals with customers and following up on a regular basis
Manage orders, contracts, and related documentation
Liaise with customers on payments as well as address quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship
Attend industry conferences, visit customers, and seek new markets/opportunities for the company.
The role would require traveling to neighboring countries.

The successful candidate for this role must be having the following skills, to name a few:

• Engineering or Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, preferably in Supply Chain or Automation

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a sales manager in the Supply Chain or similar Industry

• A strong background in sales/business development with customers in the industries

Understanding of the Project sales environment, and elements leading to closure of order with the technical ability to discuss projects and systems in the sales cycle
Understand the customer needs and prepare commercial proposals
Map out potential customers & competitors
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively all levels of the organization
Fluency in English Language
The candidate will be based in our Dubai Office and willing to travel to regional partners and client visits
