Description
Full management of estimating, cash flow and forecasting of current fitout projectsPost contract management including variationsClose the gaps for delivery team in regards to all cost related mattersLead risk and quality management of current projectsTrain and develop Project Delivery Team as requiredImplement best practise and provide expertise on cost related tasksPromote QS services in house and implement training sessions when required

Profile
10 years experience Quantity Surveying in a luxury, residential fit-out environment, (main or subcontractor )Quantity Surveying Degree Candidate must be based in UAE
