Urgent Opening for a Senior IT Officer Role.
Job Description
• Supervise day-to -day operations of Data Centre and coordination.
• Monitor systems availability and corresponding support processes based on the agreed processes.
• Proven work experience as IT Officer in UAE for minimum 8-10 years
• Proven knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture, applications development and support, networks, and computer operations.
• Broad technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems including Windows Server/Desktop OS, Virtualization
• PC literacy and MS Office skills (Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
• Executes tasks and ensures that services provided perform to agreed-upon SLAs.
• Assist in resolution of issues and problems within an ITIL framework, and manage escalations and issues as required.
