We are looking for a well experienced IT Service Delivery Manager – Emirati national to be based in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Director.
Qualification:
• Manages the delivery and completion of IT projects as per international best practice by monitoring project milestones, expenditures, and overall budget.
• Understands business needs and ensure the delivery and implementation of best-in-class IT solutions as per stated goals and timelines.
• Manages the preparation and review of internal Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.
• Manages the execution of the enterprise IT governance strategy by implementing and maintaining effective IT governance standards based on a continual improvement life cycle.
Requirements:
• 10 years + experience in a similar role with a tier 1 organization.
• Solid working knowledge in the following IT related areas: Projects, Change Management, Contracts, Service Level Agreements, Risk, and Governance.
• B.Sc. in Information Technology or equivalent is required.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is desirable.
