Position Title:  Chef De Partie (Hot and Cold)

Employment Type:  Full Time

Salary:  up to 4K AED, all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Location:  Dubai, UAE

About the client:

The hiring company is one of the high-end casual dining in Dubai.

Job Role:

Check with chef any unusual requirements for basic products, i.e. Imported products

Evaluate market lists before ordering

Order on market list and cross check with chef

Inspect delivery for correct temperatures, quality and correct count (weight) etc.

Re-pack in correct containers

Ensure correct and strict storage procedures

المهارات

Requirements:

40 years old and above

Diploma holder or any relevant certificates

At least 5 years of experience in the same role

Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
