The candidate shall have
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role
• Understanding of Regional regulations and permit systems.
• F&B;expert specialized in menu design and kitchen processes.
• Operational planning and contract management skills.
• Keep track of KPIs and solving performance rifts
• Food safety qualifications, HACCP preferred.
• Dubai/ Abu Dhabi Food Code knowledge.
• Experience working in a Coordination Centre for large scale projects.
• Experience working in the UAE.
