We have a new vacancy of Logistic Coordinator for an FMCG Sector
Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor shipments (air, sea, or land) to the local and international customers until arrival – cooperation with 3PL provider
• Cross-check shipping documents issued by suppliers
• Provide required shipping documents to couriers and forwarders (SASO, CoC, test report, CI, PL, CoO, etc.)
• Interact with agencies for SASO and CoC certification, coordinate with Dubai Chamber for CoO
• Build a strong relationship with logistic partners, find best quotations for their services
• Keep commercial team informed about the status of the shipment
