Dental Lab Manager
The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai with five branches that offers high quality dental care.
Job Role:
• Oversee work flow and daily operations of the team
• Act as the leader for technicians, able to motivate and train
• Inspect cases to ensure completion to Quality Standards
• Responsible for ensuring the daily production requirements are met by personally completing cases
• Control inventory within the laboratory and be aware of supply usage, waste, and opportunity for improvements and savings
• Stay abreast of new products and processes
• Ensure all proper safety and preventative maintenance procedures are completed
Requirements:
• Male/Female, 40 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Must have valid DHA License as Dental Technician
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial role
• Strong background in latest dental products and technology used in the lab
• Excellent communication skills in English
