الوصف الوظيفي We are seeking an experienced, data driven and customer oriented Search Engine Optimization professional, capable of driving commercial success at scale across Amazon MENA sites. You will leverage expertise in planning, execution and search engine optimization to drive the performance of Amazon MENA. As an SEO channel lead, you will engage closely with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions on to drive key initiatives and deliver channel growth. This role focuses on the development of SEO marketing strategies and subsequent execution. You will be capable of both developing SEO strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement these strategies, and understand how to perform SEO at scale. You will be a clear and persuasive communicator, have an excellent understanding of SEO best practices, and evangelize the value of SEO amongst stakeholders. You will manage and report day-to-day performance, and learn and influence multiple stakeholders including Automated Marketing teams. You will have the curiosity to seek out potential opportunities or investigate anomalies in business performance, leverage Amazon’s business intelligence systems to evaluate them, and utilize your learnings and insights to devise strategies that drive improved performance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen business sense, and robust problem solving skills. The candidate will need to leverage their proven track record of leading as well as executing SEO initiatives, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your key responsibilities will be to: 1. Devise and own the strategy, planning, and execution of SEO initiatives for Amazon MENA websites driving channel growth 2. Lead efforts to solve complex SEO problems, moving quickly to implement ideas and deliver results 3. Audit and analyze Amazon’s SEO performance across Amazon MENA website, identifying issues, finding root-causes, and experimenting with solutions to improve performance at scale. 3. Analyze and communicate the SEO channels business performance to stakeholders, sharing, learning and improving best practices 4. Run experiments and prove the value of your ideas and help to scale them 5. Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, help resolve or escalate them and drive them to resolution 6. Educate and train stakeholders who can help you achieve your goals 7. Stay abreast of updates in search engine algorithms, competitive landscape and the industry to develop winning strategies المهارات 1. Bachelor’s degree required 2. At least 6+ years’ experience in e-commerce, online marketing or related fields. 3. Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment. 4. Ability to drive clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analysis of marketing programs 5. Resourceful problem-solver with ability to excel in an ambiguous environment 6. Proven track record in managing SEO projects from inception to completion 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 8. Experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Experience with Enterprise SEO 2. Experience with SQL 3.
